Harloe Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 My friend recently sent me a message saying about she has "moved around some folders" and now none of her Office Applications will open up. She gets an error like "library cannot be loaded, image not found" My guess is she has moved around some base files and messed up the Office package. Now I recommended her to uninstall and reinstall but she no longer has the disks as they were borrowed. Is they anything else I can do to help her retrieve full use of Microsoft Office? All help is much appreciated, thanks! time machine is a good solution if she enabled it and made a rescue. else you can be a "pirate " by downloading it on torrent ! Inside the Documents folder is a Microsoft User Data folder. Make sure it is there and not elsewhere. If you don't use Entourage, then you could just delete it, which would make office 08 recreate it, and likely fix the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
