mark7714 Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 Can anyone help me with this: I'm running 10.4.4 on a laptop, and I'm having trouble getting the battery monitor to actually monitor the battery. At first, there was no monitor. After using this (http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=2237&st=0) I was able to get the monitor up, but with another problem; the monitor will report the status of the battery when the computer boots, but does not update after that. However, if I go into "System Profiler/Power" it gives me the current and correct battery info. So. Anyone have any idea why this may be? Any idea of where the battery monitor gets this info so I can try and fix it?
