Headrush69
Anyone know why does EFI show up as a partition on my hdd? I though it went into the MBR? That's normal. (Even though its empty and not used by Apple) GUID and MBR are both partitioning schemes. GUID contains a copy of a MBR within it to avoid issues from partition editing apps that don't understand GUID.
Tin_man_0
If that's the case then why do I create a patition in the disk utility as type mbr instead of guid?
