Hades Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 hi peeps Finally i DL the 1.4.3 ISO patched by maxxus. I burned the ISO without any Probs..... Ok then i put in the DVD ...booting from DVD loading darwin.... then the prompt boot comes boot: i want to type in boot: mach_kernel rd=disk0s1 "Graphics Mode"="1024x768x32@75" have a Logitech Keyboard (PS2) My Problem is that i cant find the "=" and some of the other special characters.... Can anybody give me some help please!!! Thank you in advance edit: I figured out how to get the = character but after i press enter i get: a mac logo coming up the screen and a message: "You need to restart your computer.Hold down the Power button for several seconds or press the Restart button" Can anybody help me please?? blackentangled Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 i want to type inboot: mach_kernel rd=disk0s1 "Graphics Mode"="1024x768x32@75" if i understand you correctly, you pressed "=" inside the gui, no? if you want to input that command (quote), you have to do it while the os is gonna boot by pressing "f8" then there you can type in your command...
