Bananabomb
Hi all, today I bought an M-Audio 2496 Audiophile PCI card and realized that it only works on PPCs. Searched the whole day for a suitable USB device for under 200 Euros, but I couldn't find anything suitable. What are you guys using and what works with Hackintoshs? I need at least a stereo input and SPDIF 44Khz Output with one Midi I/O. RWE
I'm using M-Audio Fasttrack, just for recording guitars, bass. But I recommend you "Fasttrack Pro"; no compatibility issues, two inst/mic inputs, phantom power, midi, spdif, etc., etc. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/95191-usb-audiointerface-for-logic/#findComment-678965 Share on other sites
Bananabomb
Thanks for letting me know that this thing works. Looks pretty perfect for what I want to do. People complain about M-Audio not supporting their stuff properly anymore though, so I'd still be interested in alternatives. But if I can't find something else that's it.
