There is an article written explaining that this update + vanilla = good and this update + non-vanilla kernel = bad. On the plus side this has helped raise awareness about taking a good look at an update with pacifist before even considering applying it. elviejo Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 To all who experience the reboot loop after the update, try to boot with the command -f ( Press f8 at boot and enter -f and click enter ), if your machine boot with that command you only need to edit the com.apple.Boot.plist and add the command to it.
