I don't know, when I read it, it sounded like there were time gaps in between all the paragraphs, which is normal, but it made it a slow read.

That might be because the are quite a lot of quotations in the article I don't know, I do agree the article isn't the BBC's best but calling it "complete {censored}" is probably a bit harsh.
