Title pretty much says it all. Also i havent installed XP yet, so I cant fix it from there. Im trying to change the boot device from HDD to CD.

So i press F12 (keyboard works at that point) then go in and i get no power or anything to the keyboard. Pluged it in to differnt ports etc..

Have you tried swapping keyboards? Maybe your Apple USB keyboard is slightly faulty. If it's just changing a couple of settings in BIOS, I think any keyboard will do. It could be some sort of obscure USB recognition error, in which case using a PS/2 keyboard might clear things up. Then again, do you have a PS/2 port on your computer? Most, if not all normal PCs have two or one PS/2 ports, but I'm not too sure about Macs, cuz' I read somewhere that they only have USB ports, but I might have misread.
