Performance issues after install on Asus G1S

Hello,

I've successfully install Leopard on my Asus G1S with the latest iATKOSv1.0r2+BadBios Patch, and updated with the 9.2 vanilla kernel. I thought everything worked fine until I noticed a small performance issue when I moved my Finder window around the desktop. There's a little lag, it's small but to be sure I ran XBench to check the performance of my laptop.

I get around 74-76 points, the biggest score I got was 94 points.

And there you go, it shows there's effectively a lack of performance. My iMac gets a score of 125 points and it's a bit under in terms of hardware compared to my laptop.

Specs:

iMac 2Gz, 2GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM, 200GB 7200RMP, ATI Radeon HD2400 128MB

Asus G1S T7500 2.2Ghz, 2GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM, 160GB 5400RPM, NVIDIA Geforce 8600GT 256MB

As you can see I should be getting around 140 points with my G1S, but there's something slowing it down.

The BadBios patch from EquAte uses older Kexts to allow my laptop to boot, I'm not really sure but it's somewhat related to ACPI, could it be this slowing my laptop?

I'll post the results from XBench later since I don't have them with me.

Any help is really appreciated, thanks a lot !

Of course this makes me lie about bad results since I got 109 points which is more than fair. I tend to think XBench results are really random. Any reason for this?

I compared with my iMac and it seems that my Graphic Card could be the problem. My iMac has an ATI HD2400 with 128MB and is doing much better than my Geforce 8600M 256MB. I'm currently using the NVInject installer v33, should I try using another package or are there any tweaks I could do to improve performance?
