Xcraft Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 EDIT: What I tried: - Disabling S.M.A.R.T. - Disabling wireless internet controller - Other version of mac (XxX_OS_x86_10.4.10_Install_Disc Patch PPF1.iso) - Updating my BIOS all without results Help me pls PC specs: Notebook Packard Bell MX51 Vid: nVidia GeForce Go 6100 Sound: Realtek ALC600 HD Audio Mainbord: Easynote MX51 Cpu: AMD Turion X2 TL-50 (has SSE, SSE2, SSE3)(kind of dual core) DVD: NEC ND-6750 DVD+-RW dual layer HD: Seagate Momentus 5400.3 120gb Wireless contoller: Atheros AR2423 Now the some kind of error: I'm new to this so i'll try to explain at my best. When I put in the dvd in the drive, i restart my laptop. Then i start up te installation, but there is some kind of problem, i even get to the gray screen with the apple on it and the wheel spinning arround. Some kind of Panic error, (i'll type some kind of code displayed): ... Local APIC Version not 0x14 as aspected ... Started CPU01 (nos some whole lines of numbers and letters) Panic (CPU 0 caller 0x0019DACB): Copy_Window_init: cpu > num_cpo(u)s debugger called:<panic> ... . . Backtrace terminated_invalid frame point 0x0 ... And some text. A tried a few times but nothing worked, I disabled S.M.A.R.T didn't worked. I tried google found nothing.
