homers
Hi I finally got OS selector working so at start up it sees my Vista drive and Mac OS X drive. When I click Vista it boots fine but when I boot mac it comes up with a blinking "_". Before OS selector this problem still occured but I would have my mac drive on SATA 1 and have to boot from CD and it would then boot hard disk. How can i fix this problem so it will boot into mac in OS selector? Thanks

slashandburn
The Windows or Darwin Boot Selector? I never got the darwin version to work, but the Vista Bootloader will boot it up with some modifications.
consolation
install pc_efi, the boot sectors don't point to the correct bootloader atm
homers
Hi So do I uninstall and stop using OS Selector yes? How do I install pc_efi? When I do install that where do I go from there? EDIT: I just uninstalled OS selector as I didn't seem to get anywhere with it. I installed Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.1 which was meant to have Vanilla kernel does that still mean I need to install pc-efi? thanks

But, you shouldn't take this vanilla thing too seriously, there are other hoops to jump through before you can use that. Find one of the step by step guides for PC_EFI, there are some very good ones posted already.
