Running With Scissors
Apple set to release OS X 10.4.12 according to Macenstein. We have it on good authority (meaning this is a rumor, and "good authority" could mean anything) that Apple is ready to drop its final update to yesterday's OS, aka "Tiger". That's right. 10.4.12 http://macenstein.com/default/archives/1194
munky
I call shenanigans on this. Where are the developer seeds? EDIT: I might beleive that they're ready to begin seeding developer builds out for testing, but I seriously doubt a public release is imminent. Go ahead Apple, prove me wrong... Ongeloof
Not to bump an aging thread here but, why would Apple release a new update? Leopard is out now, and there are no new features or bug fixes to be made, that can't happen in little releases. Munky: I doubt they will prove you wrong. gabe_
According to Wiki, 10.4.11 was released a few weeks after 10.5.0 (officially) hit the streets... However, in looking at the OSX release dates, that is the only time it has happened. I wouldn't put it beyond the realm of possibility... But I do think it's unlikely. Ongeloof
Especially since there has been no mention and 2 Leopard updates have seeded. These things are usually a few days apart... Think Mark
