ced1610 Posted February 15, 2006 Share Posted February 15, 2006 how to reinstall your 8f1111 !!! with plist modified (8f1111 10.4.3 to 8g1165 10.4.4) you can do an upgrade(not by dowloading from apple site but in apple menu with upgrade system...) the system 10.4.4 have told me that if i want i can upgrade to INTEL 10.4.5 (101 mb). before that, i have tested to install 10.4.5 from apple site and it said me impossible but with the upgrade in applemenu it's possible... thedownload finished, the installation began... the system said me that all is ok and reboot... KERNEL PANIC at startup !!!!!!!!! don't say ok for 10.4.5, it is not ok for dtk10.4.3 !!!! i'm going to reinstall my 10.4.3 8f1111g...Snif !!!! don't make the same mistake...
