Sonic-NKT Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Hi, i have several 720p movies and i want to play those with vlc on my homebrew mac, but the sound stutters in real 720p movies (1280x720) movies with 1280x524 work without problems.. i cant be the cpu cause it is only at arround 20% usage. if i use mplayer-osx those movies work without a problem (but i cant select different audio tracks with that player) I have a Core2Duo @2,1Ghz and the movies (MKV,H.264) are on a USB 2.0 external harddrive (NTFS).
