Bootfix issues, please help.

So i installed iatkos v1.0i after resolving my hdd issue. Now i need help with the bootfix patch. So i boot my pc with the Leopard disk inside, then blah blah blah i get to the Welcome screen of the installer. So then i go to Terminal. Now i type in: diskutil list. Then it displays all of my disks/drives, and i find the one with Leopard installed. Then i type: fdisk -e /dev/(name of disk). But then i get this: " The signature for this MBR is invalid. Would you like to initialize the partition table? [y]

 

What do i do?

 

My pc specs are:

 

EVGA 650i Ultra

Core 2 Duo E6750

EVGA 8800GTS 512 (G92)

250GB SATA

18x LG IDE DVD burner.
