BossmanPL
Well i have Webcam integrated in my Vaio Notebook, on 10.5.1 kernel there was no problem it was detected and working. In Hardware tab under USB devices there where Webcam, ventor, id, ect ect info. After i did kernel update, in that tab i have just only USB hardware (not Webcam), under that got id and ventor id. I am sure the ventor has been changed after i updated kernel to 10.5.2, Thats why my Webcam now dsnt work. Where can i edit this USB devices detections?. Funny thing is that, i got USBCamera in skype but black screen and no led is turning on. ps. if anyone suggest MacCam components - not working
MorcaeL
Maccam isn't working? As I have experienced, you have to have maccam and iChatUSBWebcam both installed to get your webcam functioning in Skype, Yahoo! Messenger, iChat itself, and MSN Messenger...try installing the iChatUSBWebcam with the maccam.
