Dodgesrtx
I have Jas OSX 10.4.8 installed on my PC and want to know if possible, how I can add the apple startup chime to the boot process. It doesn't have to be exactly have to be when I press the power button, maybe when it loads the actual OS like windows. Is any of this possible? munky
if you find a sample of it, im sure it would be fairly trivial to get it to sound off when the OS itself starts. getting the BIOS or even the bootloader to do it would be very tricky, i suspect. Thao
i found a sound sample but now how would i go about making it play on boot Oh, it's easy as pie. Just go decompile your bootloader, configure it to use your hardware and magically obtain a driver to play the 2 second sound.
