bagwaa Posted February 10, 2006 Share Posted February 10, 2006 Hi Peeps, Question, I have a mate that has a brand new version of WoW and I think he is running the universal binaries version, if I were to copy his World of Warcraft directory onto my PC (With OSX Installed - JaS) do we think it would run or not? Doug the Impaler Posted February 11, 2006 Share Posted February 11, 2006 if you're copying to an HFS partition, sure. You know, using Mac Drive or something like that. But if you're copying to FAT32 or NTFS, you'd lose metadata and the .app file would get screwed up, probably wouldn't run. I think that should solve any problems caused by copying over an NTFS partition...
