BoBo
I had a working ToH MBR install on one of my HDs. I wanted to make a new install to test out Kalyway and 10.5.2 install. I formatted a different disk GUID and selected GUID EFI for the install. When it finished it didn't work and even worse my working Leopard doesn't work now (b0 error). I tried using fdisk to set the old disk as active and now I get a HFS+ partition error, but I'm out of ideas. What changed when I installed to a different disk? How can I fix this? I'm going to try the Make Bootable disk now. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/88357-mbr-leopard-fouled-by-guid-on-different-disk/ Share on other sites

BoBo
what is your PC spec? Specially which processor do you have? C2D E6600 MSI P965 Platinum I finally got Kalyway to work with the tohkernel and I just migrated my other mac onto the new disk, it broke most of the programs that had serial codes, but at least all my data is still there and I can access the net. I'm going to give 10.5.2 a try tonight if I have time.
