So I have been having plenty of problems installing Kalaway Leopard (trying to have two HDDs setup) and finally got it using this method: Install JaS 10.4.8 Tiger and then Install Kalaway Leopard. It did a successful install and i rebooted and booted into Leopard. It showed a username and password field where I put in the user name and password I created in Tiger. However, that does not work. How can I create a user so I can log in? Should I use the Password Utility on the Leopard Install disk? Should I use terminal commands in a terminal session I opened from the CD? Can anybody help? Thanks in advance.Tried the Reset Password Util and it didn't work. Atleast it recognizes a user. Any other tips?

Try logging in with the username root without a password.
Good idea but it didn't work? Do I have to reinstall maybe?I've given up. :P Just couldn't figure it out and after all times that I have erased the partition, one more time wouldn't hurt.My issue now is why? Why did leopard do that? Any one have any answers?Reinstall Did the Trick. Still don't know what could have occured.
