rajesheber Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 hi, I updated my kalyway leo installation 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 followed by the graphics update. i notice that sleep , reboot works well but shutdown doesnt. when i give shutdown only the display switches off the system is still running. Sleep works perfectly, shutdown works in 4 attempts of 5, but reboot doesn't :-) I'm running on vanilla kernel and update to 10.5.2 using netkas method and with netkas SMBIOS. I tried changing to the latest AppleSMBIOS. Now Shutdown is working fine. But still have problems with the USB thumb drives. When i copy files from my system to these thumb drives they copy at a very slow rate(2 MB/Sec ). But in windows its real fast. Can anyone give a solution to the above .
