thelost Posted February 16, 2008 Share Posted February 16, 2008 I bricked my install of kallyway 10.5.1 by trying to update with software update - heh not very clever but never mind. What I want to know is this. I have an old mac mini. If I mount my bricked hard drive and can copy across the necessary files can I restore my user profile (when I do a fresh install of kalyway on my hackintosh) from the broken mac os x install.
