Hey I Got Almost The Same Setup As You. Can You Give Me Any Info On How You got it To Work On the Evga 680 sli A1 board. What install disk did you use and what Are The Bios Settings You used and Does it show up as all four cores when your booted into Leopard. Thanks in advance. oh, what are some of the options you used to get you sound, video and lan to work?

for the onboard lan you can try http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=73317 from MikeInNS which hasn't been worked on since november i think. works under one core, but unstabile under two

iNOOB has picked up on this project, so far it seems a bit faster but still unstabile under two cores

i got so frustrated and ended up using a PCI nic i had layin around that works great, until a driver for our onboard has matured a bit.....

If evga gets movin a bit, i might get my 780i by thanksgiving ugh..... hurry up EVGA please

Never mind i got everthing to work except lan. any help there?

I got the same mobo. I'm about to try the leo4all distro on it.

Finally got my board back from evga. happy to say the 780i is running kalyway leopard very nicely, better than my 680i did...

but hardware and chipsets are very similar, I didn't even reinstall leo swapping out motherboards

Can y'all tell me how you did? I have a 680i, and I'm looking to buy a 780i for the q9x00 series support. I can't get osx86 to work on my intel 965 motherboard and the only other 64bit board i have here is my 680i gaming system that I'm reluctant to try the OS on, as it's stable and has XP64 on.
