Problems overclocking

Hey :-).

 

I still have problems with overclocking my board to the 3GHz most people done here. I was able to do it, but now the BIOS doesn't accept the values, I can do everything according what people told me here, but when the system restarts, it sticks at memory checking, reboots once again, and my system is back to 2,4GHz. The "CPU control" values won't stick, if I go once again into the bios, those settings are disabled automatically.

 

Any solution?
