Sp4Rx Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 Hello, I had leopard working perfectly for the last month or so, until today when I installed a 2.4GHz quad core replacing a single core 3GHz processor. After installation I tried booting up and it paniced. I just tried reinstalling os x but nothing, same thing happens. I am using the TOH RC2 10.5 release. Any help? kadmiff Posted February 14, 2008 Share Posted February 14, 2008 m8 have you tried cpus=1 ... You will need to use a different Kernel for quad core.... I have an Nvidia board so cant tell you which kernel to use though....
