boba899 Posted February 11, 2008 Share Posted February 11, 2008 ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, 256mb AGP, I have full resolution changing and QE/CI using Callisto b008. I can tell it's not Callisto, because even the intro video after first installing the OS didn't play. I'm using the XxX DVD of 10.4.11. I've never had these problem with the JaS 10.4.8 DVD, and can go back to it but it's worth getting this working. Sound didn't come as standard as it did with JaS but I just needed the AppleAC97Audio.kext file for the fix. So basically no videos playback. Flash; quicktime; mp4; mpeg. None of them. It's definitely not a codec issue or a driver issue, so I can't imagine what it might be. Several lengthy searches have yielded no help.. I'm at a lose.
