I'had the same problem and I had changed the partition logic in primary whit partion magic! Guest Guest Posted August 22, 2005 Share Posted August 22, 2005 It could also be that you dd'ed incorrectly... I had this problem when using dd if=... of=... bs=1M skip=63... It skipped the first 63MB of the image, so my partition wasnt bootable.
