fLuXuS Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 hey guys, is it possible to change the yukon2.kext with the device id of my lan? my dev id is 0x0057 and the vendor id is 10DE so putting that together makes 0x005710DE. now where do i have to put that in? in the info.plist? when opening the info.plist of the ionetworkingfamily.kext there are all networking adapters listed, but which of the informations do i have to change? and is my lan compatible at all? thx for reading! There is a page that can answer that. I forgot the address, but you are not that far off. If it is from the Yukon family, it will work. You just need to figure out which one should be changed. It is not a default hardware configuration for Mac OS x86. You need to change one of the hardware options in AppleYukon2.kext to make it work. How much change and which one to change depends on your hardware.
