cuc_byron
why not try to buy a usb keyboard? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/86033-closed/#findComment-613725 Share on other sites
Dash-T
When you say PS/2 keyboard I assume you are referring to the built-in keyboard? I think the cpus=1 option (which disables all but one core?) should only be used for those with multi-core processsors, but don't quote me on this. RuudKuin
Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1 & PPF2].isoInstall if I try "cpus=1" a bunch of times, get PS/2 panic if I don't. When I install it gives me the grey reboot screen if I try to use the keyboard. Everything else works fine. I'm not sure if this solves my install-errors too, I will try tonight when @ home... My install also hangs on PS2 Touchpad. But where do I type this command "cpus=1"? After boot using F8? Where the command-options are available?
