go_marquette Posted February 4, 2008 Share Posted February 4, 2008 Downloaded and burned the patched AMD version of the ToH 10.5.1 Leopard. Got through the initial load screen and got to the disk utility. My mouse works great (USB), but my laptop keyboard doesn't work at all. I went back and re-tried the install and noticed that I was getting some keyboard errors on the load. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how did you fix it? I'm pretty sure once I get this taken care of that the install will work...I might have to go to a USB keyboard to get it working though. Has anyone else gotten Leopard installed on an AMD Turion dv6000? Please post your experiences if you have. Thanks in advance! brido Posted February 4, 2008 Share Posted February 4, 2008 Im having some keyboard issues aswell, although my keyboard worked fine in the initial install along with my USB mouse. When I get home tonight Im going to try booting up without the USB mouse plugged in. It looks as though there are some issues with OSx and USB/PS2 connections.....your laptop keyboard could be internally fitted with a PS2 connection therefore causing issues. Hey is your video card working? which driver did you use? I've got the same laptop as you but i'm having problems getting the right video card driver as well as the wireless. I've managed to boot into osx but the wireless don't work and the video card isn't installed. any suggestions? i used ipc 10.5.6 btw.
