I was extracting a CD entitled "macosx_10.4.3_8f1111-for-dtk-userdvd.dmg (is thst the right one?) and using Ultra Iso to extract the files, but when it gets to a file called Japanese??? it says it cannot create a folder for that. So when I'm done all the files are there except that one. I think the question marks means there was some Japanese characters it did not recognize because sadly like me it cannot read Japanese. The file has in it a pdf and a few readme's and a few files called protected font enabler. I went into the the contol panel of this pc and enabled all the languages including Japanese but still no luck. I found a dropdown menu for different languages on this Ultra Iso but Japanese is not one of them and besides that changes the language of the GUI, when i need it to be multi language support at the same time. Is there another way to extract these? Can anyone tell me how others have done it. And does anyone know what these files do? is it because some of Xcode uses Japanese fonts? I didn't know it was there, I thought you had to extract and then burn to make an ISO.
