dasepsilon
the only thing missing on my desktop amdx2 10.5.1+efi_v8 is the second core. this problem was already persistent in tiger. if i do not use "cpus=1" the system starts up fine, but eventually crashes, preferably after much disk-i/o usage. has anyone some idea how to enable both cores? where is the problem stemming from? is it .kext's? or kernel? any help is appreciated, thanks! dasepsilon
no i am really using a 64bit kernel, no -legacy in my boot.plist has anyone osx on a x2 and a s-ata drive? i'd even switch mainboard (msi k9vgm-v with via k8m890? chipset) to get both cores running but which one to buy?
