hookid Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 I don't really care what card I get as long as it's as good as a X850 XT, as I hear my card will not work with leopard. I'd rather have the drivers for the card be on the Kalway DVD just for self-installation and to make things easy. Also I would prefer for the card to support 1920x1200 resolution in leopard if possible I read the compatibility wiki for 10.5 but I couldn't really tell if the drivers were on the kalway CD and the resolution I want hadn't really been tested. westwaerts Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 with nvinject many nvidia cards work with natit many ati card work i got 1920 x 1200 on my 24´´eizo and 1600 x 1024 on my apple cinema 22´´ with an nvidia 8600gts dual dvi first nvinject 0.2.1 with 10.5.2 beta kexts, now with string theory without nvinject ( only remarkable difference is card is named properly, maybe it slightly faster) minor glitches are due to beta drivers, hope apple will fix it with their update btw i installed kalyways 10.5.1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
