Hugo91
So, I decided to get kalyway to work on my Lenovo Thinkpad R61 yesterday. I tried lots of different install methods but finally it was up and running. Here's how I did (for you who wants to know); 1. Burned with imgburn at slowest speed. 2. Typed "vanilla" after F8 when it booted. 3. Installed with MBR, but no graphic drivers (didnt work when I selected one). 4. Restared but on bootscreen It freezes. so I need to type "-x" before boot. And here I am! The internet is not working, the audio isn't and I can't change resolution (other than 1024x768). So here is a little info about my hardware on the laptop: Graphics: Intel (0x8086). Audio: 0x17AA20AC Ethernet: Just says "Firewire"... EDIT: Found some more now, the name of the card is "Intel GMA X3100", the audio runs with the codec "AD1984HD" and the Wireless NIC is "ThinkPad 11a/b/g". I would really appreciate some help! Thanks. Audio look for Taruga's HDA drivers in the X Labs forum on here. Ethernet look for the post on Atheros drivers in this forum.
