Okay what i have:

DELL PRECISION M60

PENTIUM M 1.7

Gforce FX Go 1000

1.5 RAM

I Installed it, with whole drive used, EXTENDED JOURNALED, the installation completed.

But when I rebooted, it doesnt boot into OS X, it SHOWS the white screen with APPLE LOGO, for 1-2 Sec. but then keeps rebooting.

I selected Vanilla Kernel, and NVinject for Laptop and Sigmatel drivers on the INSTALL.

I also forgot to MENTION, I DIDNT DO ANY BIOS MODIFYING, I didnt see anythign I had to change, based on what i Had seen online for other motherboards...its BIOS A09 for M60 BIOS.

PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING LET ME KNOW!!!!

Hi,

I ve successfully installed 10.5.2 on the dell m60, take a look at:

http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...s#Precision_M60

1: disable ethernet adapter in your bios

2:install kalyway 10.5.2 with old smbios and old JaS 10.4.8 acpi

Should work now, but I cant start Leopard with the ethernet activated.

Please tell me if it doesnt work for you.

Hi,

I am trying to install Leopard on a Dell M60 that I just bought off Ebay.

Please could you tell me exactly which old SMBIOS & which ACPI kexts you used as I have it hanging during boot just after the message:-

"using 5242 buffer haders and 4096 cluster io buffer headers"
