odb
I did not install the vanilla kernal, and it went through fine. No reboot issues. I guess my system will not install a kernel that has not been hacked.
mcdonnr
Well, here's where I'm at at this point. The slipstream nVinject bricked my box... so bad that I had to re-install. I later installed it seperately, and it worked fine. Let me be clear: install this with ONLY the MBR option at the end... that's it. Everything else only hurts you. After that, I finished the guide up to the last three steps, which is where I'm stuck now. As you know, the P6N Diamond has the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Extreme HD Audio built-in... and I can't find a codec dump for it. As soon as I do (or if I can make one) I will post it. Really, that leaves only two issues: -On-board LAN -PCI cards (like my wireless card, maybe??) After finishing all of the graphic directions in the guide, Leo looks absolutely beautiful. Full resolution, full hardware acceleration... very nice. Anyway, that's where it's at now, hope to update soon!
ACBz
Dear darkXmatt Check No Exectuable (nx/xd) "enabled" in your bios, otherwise vanilla kernel will reboot. Good luck
