minipark79
i'm currently using Acoustic Edge sound card. I googled for this so far but I couldn't found. It's quite old and not so popular one, I think. OS is 10.4.11 tiger. There is no on-borad sound chip in my mobo, so the card is only option for sound in my system. I really need help. strangedaze
If it's a PCI slot card 10 to 1 it's not going to work. Check the wiki compatibility list. minipark79
sorry, I don't understand what 10 to 1 means. if it means PCI id, I don't know what PCI id is for, I just read that the linux guys had failed already because Philips refused to release specs of chipset at ubuntu forum. I guese I need to buy another card, right? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83868-hard-to-find-sound-driver/#findComment-595743 Share on other sites
