alvin777
Hi. Is this possible? : if the Mac vanilla EFI code that was dumped using some kind of hardware/software bypass combination (like a mod chip maybe) could be flashed to the PC's BIOS, there'll be no need for emulation. Not only will it be a better Mac EFI, it could load a lot of drivers in there already- assuming it all fits to the BIOS. And assuming that you don't need to emulated the code in another chip that comes before the BIOS. But then even that code from that other chip (if there was another one) could be emulated again and be flashed with the vanilla EFI. It's possible China if the Mac acquires significant share would probably make a Mac EFI modchip but then Apple is always one step ahead (like with the current iPhones). With this now I don't think that even with this flawless install of Leopard without any problem with any update from Software Update. that it'll be a keeper- there's still that uncertainty always. At least with this install, the things you do with it will earn me enough for a real Mac Pro
