wahwahman89
Hi and thanks for reading! I have just spent quite some money on a new hack rig which should be fully supported, i.e. C2Q Q6600, Gigabyte P35 Mobo, 2GB RAM, 2x500GB HD (hopefully RAID), NVidia 8800 GT etc etc. The only thing I now need is a sound card supported by OS X. I am planning on using Leopard, and I need something that will support 5.1. Any ideas? The onboard sound I assume will only support two channel output, but as a guitarist I would like to take full advantage of GarageBand and also 5.1 for the occasional game... :-) Is my only option an M-Audio? Thanks a lot guys! Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/82103-sound-card-fully-supported-in-hackintosh/ Share on other sites
