I just have one small detail, when I want to hear from my headphones, after I plug them in, I still hear sound out of my laptop speakers. What could the problem be? To get my sound working I used the AppleHDA patcher with a 9200 sigmatel codec dump. Thanks in advance. agent-squirrel Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 You will probably have to manually switch between the two outputs. Go to System Preferences which can be accessed by clicking the apple logo in the top left. Once in system preferences click sound, then go to outputs which is located across the top of the box. then select your headphone output and close system preferences hope that helps!
