DoiX
damn ) i know whats you problem Skyper "Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3000+ / Support for SSE , SSE2" zephyroths image doesn't support sse2 ) he forgot to put the ss3 kenerl ). the solutions is to put the sse 3 kernel in the image(it means you have to go thru a lot of trouble to get it working) or to wait for revision 2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/79791-installing-mac-os-x-leopard/page/2/#findComment-565494 Share on other sites

GingerTea
2 Sites of misleading comments, why? For the firewire error, you have to disable Firewire (1394) in your BIOS. Later, when Leopard is installed, just switch it back to enabled and it will work. jeffta
ok, finally freed up some time to try to install again When I disable firewire, the bootup freezes the line before the ERROR line. i.e. it looks like the first pictures posted in this thread w/o the last line. Any ideas how I can use this new info to get the install to work?
