jeffta Posted January 4, 2008 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Sorry for hijacking your thread Skyper . Hit F8 to get a boot prompt, then type -x to start the install. I hope this works for you. I have tried -v -x and it hasn't worked it hangs at the same spot your install did. When I do -x only the installer doesnt even kick in it just says loading Darwin /x86. Skyper Posted January 4, 2008 Author Share Posted January 4, 2008 I did hit the f8 then typed -x and enter THEN STARTED LOADING SOMETHING Then it said firewire active at something speed then it gave me the same error.. tell me what else i can try IT DOESENT EVEN GET PAST TO THE GREY SCREEN WITH THE APPLE LOGO... please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
