mlmorg Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 Hey all, How can I transfer emails (IMAP accounts) from one mac to another without using the migration assistant. I copied the .plist in preferences and the two folders in /Users/myname/Library/Mail and /Library/Mail but that doesn't seem to have included my mail, just my settings...then again, the users/myname/library/mail folder was about 900mb so i'm assuming they're in there, i just can't get them for some reason. I know IMAP can just download them all again but I'd rather save the bandwidth because 6000+ emails is a lot to handle...there must be a mailbox on the computer somewhere right?
