Spyderwalk
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16834220181 That is my laptop. I am trying to install Leopard on it but I keep getting stuck at this screen! I have tried doing the -v -x cpus=1 command and to no avail. I have also tried installing tiger thinking I could upgrade, but again. . no avail. I have gone through my bios and I see no word of ACPI or AHCI. I also have no word on speedstep. Any ideas? I have 3 gigs of RAM instead of the stats Newegg shows. That is the only difference. I upgraded my bios to the latest version as well. I went through my BIOS and disabled all non necessary items, like Audio, network, etc. but still nothing. =============================================================== Forgive me if this post has been addressed somewhere else, I tried using the search function, but I wasn't able to find anything. I've been trying to get this fixed for the past couple of days and have actually posted on uphucks forums but to no avail. I would sincerely appreciate any help offered, or even acknowledgement that other people are having the same errors (so that I don't come out being a total moron. . lol). To refer to Moose's post, I'm not looking for a fish, but a hand in showing me how to fish for myself.
