yaemish
Does the Kalyway make anyone elses Intel laptop run hot? I finally got it installed on the Intel Dual Core T2310 based machine and the thing is burning up. This was only in safe mode as I can not yet get the X3100 video working so maybe safemode has something to do with it? kae
My laptop also gets insanely hot. Im running iAtkos with speedstep, but still it gets really hot. Im a bit scared I´m going to fry the whole thing. I´m using a Compal Hel80 laptop, C2D 2.16ghz. MeAngry
I'm also having the same problems. Kalyway with the Vanilla kernel wasn't able to run World of Warcraft for more than an hour because my laptop (Zepto Znote 6214W) would shutdown itself due to excessive heat. I've installed iAtkos afterwards with the Speedstep kernel and tools, and that seemed to be a solution. But I'd like my system to be more like a 'real' Mac, and prefer to use Vanilla stuff. But I'm afraid this won't be possible for us Speedsteppers in the near future.
