mcdull
I've tried a fresh install on the following computer (10.4.3 with Jas patch) DELL 8300 with Celeron D 325 (2.5G) w/ SSE3 no NX (with intel i875 motherboard) ATI All in Wonder 9800 SE 80GB ATA IDE Since I have no NX, I must patch the kernel and therefore I used Maxxuss SSE2 patch V4.1 That I think it patches everything and would not use SSE2 emulation for my CPU. Installation goes fine and I instantly have CI/QE support with the ATI card However, I experience random crash on Safari... giving me the choices of close or reopen it. Is it related to the SSE patch or ATI driver? ( I never touch any kext related to ATI after installation) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/7842-safari-crash-with-ati-driver-or-sse-patch/ Share on other sites
