bruX Posted January 26, 2006 Share Posted January 26, 2006 Just as the topic states, I have that problem... I get to the Apple screen, and then the caution symbol and just hangs there... In verbose mode, I get the "Still waiting for root device" issue, but it's not locked up, because it keeps saying that. Any solutions? This is a notebook, no floppy drive... No, the drive is IDE, and the DVD is a proper burn... I'm booting from the DVD, yes. Its neat that you can boot windows fromt the install dvd though..
