Boot Up Time

I have a perfect hacintosh. The only downside is its bootup time. I once installed a different kext and my bootup time went down to 11 seconds. (the white apple screen) Then I decided to try out a new testing kext and the boot time when up to like... 30+ seconds!!! I tried booting into -v -f -legacy but they didn't help, it actually made matters worse. Now my machine starts at ~40 seconds...

How can you speed up the bootup process? I did it accidentally, but now I can do it again.

Confused and helpless
