I tried setting it with Boot.plist but didn't work, defaulted to normal 1024x768. It worked just fine with my 20" Dell at 1600x1200 using the Boot.plist edit. Help please... Thanks! troisd Posted December 22, 2007 Author Share Posted December 22, 2007 I have qi/ce enabled. I just downloaded SwitchResX and intuitively did not succeed to get 1920x1200. I noticed the following: 1) "Display" is identified as "VGA/SVGA Display" even though it's Apple's own 23" Cinema HD Display using DVI-D. Vendor ID: unkn - 756E6B6E. Product ID: 717. 2) "Active" shows only 1024x768 3) "Common" I selected the 1920x1200,76Hz from the menu but does not show in (2) above. And is not shown in Control Panel Display. 4) I did not fool around with "Custom". Please help... it's a shame not to use this beauty!
