Kernel Panic on start (GFX)

Just Installed mac.nub 10.4.10 an I get a kernel panic on the Geforce.kext, it appears to load the NVDANV40HAL OK, but then fails on this kext. The panic code shows a page fault from cpu1.

 

I have tried editing the kext to include my DevID but it still happens (I did a repair permissions but nothing had changed)

 

Has any one any idea what is causing this and how to get around it?

 

Using Kernel 8.10.1 if that's any help
